POLICIES

 

When confirming orders buyers indicate their acceptance of our terms and conditions of supply.

 

BILLING 

-Billing and shipping address must be matched

PROCESSING TIME/ SHIPPING 

-Please allow 3-5 days for processing the orders.

-Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

-When orders are shipped allow 3-5 days for orders to be received,

-A confirmation email will be sent to the email provide at the purchased time. Please make sure that the address provided at the purchase time is correct. We are not responsible for any address error.

REFUNDS/ RETURNS/ CANCELLATIONS

-No refunds are allowed under any circumstances

-Returns are only acceptable only if the wrong items has been received. Items must be unworn and returned back in the original condition in which it was sent. Return shipping fee will be the buyer's responsibility.

We must be notified within 48 hours from the time the order was received. 

-Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date. A $30 flat rate fee will be deducted from the original payment.

 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

-A refund or a replacement will not issue if packages has been lost or stolen, it is not our responsibility. 

-All packages sent always have a tracking #,  it's the buyer's responsibility to track their package and make sure that someone is there at the time of delivery.
